Production Infra

We are proud to accomplish an entire in-house production. Right from starts of designing, weaving production to packaged shipments delivered at your doorstep.

The company acquired 5000 sq. Meter area which is then systematically divided into different sections. We have our own designing team, weaving unit, printing unit, carding and vacuum, in-house finishing & packaging. We have a skilled team of supervisory staffs and wavers and workers.

Our production level is followed by Optimal Quality Standards and Environmental Management System (ISO 9001 : 2015 & ISO 14001:2015)

Designing & Team

All the designs are developed by our in-house designing team, we also welcome ideas and designs from our customers as well. There are experienced and creative designers in our designing team.
Texcelle, CorelDRAW, Photoshop & auto cads are the software used by our designing team for the art creativity.

Dyeing Plant

All the modern dyeing equipment’s are available for the dying of various type of yarns. Dyeing of malaidori, polyester, silk, acrylic, viscose, art silk, cotton, jute & woolen yarn are the major dyeing features of dyeing plant.
Dyeing plant has policy of providing a safe & healthful work place, protecting the environment & conserving energy & natural resources.

Weaving UNIT

After dying process, threads are inspected for colour and quality check as per respective demand of client, afterwards are forwarded to looms (shuttle less, dooby, jacquard, pit looms) as per the design requirements. All qualities are produced by our local experienced & creative craftsman as per demand of client.
For bathmats and jute, we also have inhouse braided and tufting setups for neat and tidy finishing of each and every piece.

Printing & Stonewash

To fulfil requirements of clients few products need printing textures, therefore after weaving process - fabrics, rugs are passed through printing process, either it be pigment, foil, emboss, chit or digital printing. World’s best quality colours are used for printing which passes the requirements and necessary testing.
After wards to bring texture as per requirement we have in house stonewash centre to get texture as per the deepness of the client products. Experienced and technically qualified staff helps in completion of work.

Stitching & Finishing

Stitching plays an important part in overall look and finishing of products. Well trained and experienced staff with qualified supervisor to maintain quality standards forms a team for stitching and embroidery purposes.

Finishing & Inspection

Finishing & inspection of the products are done by our skilled workers & technical staffs to minimize the draw back in shape, size & design pattern of the products up to zero level. Each and every piece is inspected by trained professionals hired by organisation, which ensures that the product made is as per the required standards.

Packaging

Packaging are done according to quality standard and our objectives are moisture proof packaging with proper labelling, safety and easy handling.

Showroom

The organization has a well-maintained showroom to display all the items to clients with very easy display method.

Quality Control

From the yarn dyeing to the packaging we maintain optimum quality standards. The organization has various types of testing equipment’s to fulfil the customers standards. Quality standards are checked and maintained at each and every step of production.
